Logan Wilt brings a strong background in junior hockey coaching, player development, and team leadership to the Fox Cities Forge. A native of Westland, Michigan, Wilt began his coaching career following a four-year junior playing career and has since held coaching positions with the Connecticut Chiefs, Detroit Fighting Irish, Motor City Gamblers, Dells Ducks, and Steele County Blades. Throughout his career, he has helped guide multiple teams to playoff appearances while developing players for advancement to higher levels of hockey. Known for his commitment to athlete growth both on and off the ice, Wilt will lead the Forge into its inaugural NA3HL season as Head Coach.

Originally from Shelby Township, Michigan, Chase Crawshaw brings a wealth of experience in junior hockey operations, player development, recruiting, and scouting to the Fox Cities Forge organization.

Crawshaw earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management from Northwood University and a Master’s Degree in Sport Management from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles across several junior hockey organizations, including serving as General Manager and Assistant Coach for the Steele County Blades (USPHL), Dells Ducks (USPHL), and Motor City Gamblers (USPHL). He also served as General Manager of the Detroit Fighting Irish (USPHL).

In addition to his coaching and management experience, Crawshaw has worked as an NAHL scout since 2021, spending time with the Kenai River Brown Bears before joining the Lone Star Brahmas, where he continues to evaluate and identify players capable of advancing to the next level.

Chase’s diverse experience throughout junior hockey provides valuable insight into player development, recruitment, and advancement. We are excited to welcome him to the Fox Cities Forge for our inaugural season.
